Four-stage interview. The first was the recruiter screen, where they checked alignment re: right to work & salary (and advised the whole process could take as little as a few weeks). The second stage was an interview with a "business manager" who wanted to explore my motivations for joining the organisation. They told me they'd be moving me forward to the third stage, but it's been over two weeks and I've heard nothing, so I'm guessing I've been ghosted.
