3 Phone interviews with different managers, always very opaque regarding the job descriptions and tasks involved, I had the feeling they had no idea of the project or which profile they should be looking for.
Last step involved an interview with their client and a presentation. This is the actual interview where I learned the real job description which to my surprise had nothing to do with what I had been told so far. Not even the location!! Waste of time.

Interview was very fast and asked to the point questions. They asked me to describe the Yocto recipes. And the questions were more towards how will you lead a team of people. Verbal offer was given. When asked for written offer they declined and dropped the offer. Don't ask for written offer. Assume that the HR do not trust you.

Pour un VIE: 3 ou 4 entretiens différents, d'abord la personne qui démarche, coté RH, puis un business Manager, celui qui s'occupe de placer la personne sur le poste visé poste visé, puis le client final pour valider le profil.
it was in total 3 skype interviews most of them repetitive. lastly final interview was with customer as this is a consultancy, customer needed had final say. so really i didnt get the job until customer agreed
