Telephone interview with a business manager that lasted for around one hour. Most of the interview consisted of information about the company and what they do, and and information about the job role. A few questions were asked to test my knowledge and to learn more about my personality.

The interview process was interesting as this was in the peak of pandemic. The graduate scheme was introduced and I was reached out by the Alten recruitment office. In the first interview I was told about the possibilities of a second interview and given it was peak of lockdown. I heard no further communication till august. I had been told the graduate scheme had been scrapped and the recruitment office had been layed off.
