Ik had 3 gespreken met een software test er tussen. Het eerste gesprek was met een recruiter, daarna met een business manager en vervolgens met een technisch manager. De test werd geevalueerd en vervolgens kreeg ik een aanbod.

Colloquio
Three interviews, one written quiz.
First interview is with HR, about yourself. Not technical. Around 1h.
Second interview is with a Manager, technical about your skills and knowledge. Around 1h.
Quiz about knowledge of a programming language. Most were knowledge questions, not algorithm-related.
Third interview with another manager, about 40 minutes.
Overall, the process was smooth and they were very respectful.
