Everything was fine during the interview, but at the end, they told me we could not afford visa sponsorship based on your nationality! But I everything was clear when I submitted my application.

Pretty straight forward process, called by a recruiter, and interviewed for a couple of rounds. There were more but i didnt make it as i needed VISA (i think). They did not make it clear. Interviews felt more like listening than answering questions.

Why would an engineering company ask for ALTEN's services if they already have speciality teams at their site?

Pretty short, nothing really focused on experience. Just HR Questions and a quick rejection later. 5 minutes is not an interview in my opinion. This was my experience anyway with the interview process.
First interview with human resources, then technical questions with manager then last interview with hiring manager. Test was 5 questions that could be done online. The people were receptive and very kind
