After being introduced to Alten at a job fair I was invited to an interview. A business manager conducted the interview with questions related to my education, personality and interests. Afterwards, I was invited for a second interview with a more senior manager wich was more focused on the technical aspects of the job. Overall the process went smooth and was a pleasant experience.

The interview questions were relatively basic as the procedure was aimed at young graduates with no previous experience.
Colloquio tranquillo, l'HR ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio chiedendoti delle domande sul tuo percorso universitario ed eventualmente lavorativo. Poi si procede al check delle skill professionali e fruibili nel mondo del lavoro

Quali progetti hai fatto all'università e in quale linguaggio
El reclutador fue muy desordenado con mi proceso teniendo que recordarle múltiples veces para que agendará mi entrevista técnica . En la entrevista técnica fue todo lo contrario muy amable la persona , preguntas muy claras. Lo malo es que después de la entrevista técnica me gustaron , no me dieron resultados a pesar de hacer seguimiento

They gave told me to solve logic problem in a codebase written in C++.
Also, they asked me more questions about how would I react to certain work scenarios to understand my psychology health.
