The interview started as a phone call, mainly a simple background check followed by questions on areas of interest. The next stage was an online video call that proceeded to ask more in depth questions on past experience and projects. Ultimately was ghosted by this company after filling in projects and any work experience on a platform they used to track candidates. Although the recruiters are friendly, a reply would be much appreciated.
