Entretien telephonique pour decouvrir mon profil, et entretien technique, puis entrevues de preparation chez Alten pour postuler chez un client: entretien qui s'est bien déroulé avec le manager d'equipe interessé. La personne d'Alten qui m'a accompagné a été tres correcte, et m'a apporté les elements essentiels pour preparer mon entretien.

The interview process took 2 weeks and is divided in 3 rounds:
round 1: phone call with the HR
round 2: teams interview meeting with the project manager where you discuss your experience, projects, etc.
round 3: final discussion with the business manager where he propose the final offer
