I did about three interviews, everyone was friendly and professional. I signed a contract as a direct hire and currently waiting for the start of my contract. I did notice they haven't been as available since I've signed.

The first round interview on teams, I have to introduce myself and talking about my working experience.
Then the interviewer will introduce what their business doing and the requirement of interviewee.
