My interview experience with Alten for the PLM Support role was highly unprofessional and misleading. Despite the position being advertised as “for freshers,” the company prioritized candidates with prior experience, creating an unfair environment for genuine newcomers. Post-interview, there was zero communication—even after multiple polite follow-ups via email and calls—leaving candidates in the dark about their status. The complete lack of transparency regarding evaluation criteria and the abrupt shift in eligibility requirements reflect poorly on their recruitment process.
