At first I had a brief interview with AMBOSS' head of operation via Zoom and answered a few test emails relevant for customer support. After a few days I was invited to a long group interview also via Zoom to answer further questions regarding motivation and knowledge which then was followed by another two interviews after one to two weeks where I spoke to my the Customer Support Manager and the CEO of AMBOSS. The whole process took around 3-4 weeks with all together 4 different interviews. My experience was very pleasant and all the interviewers were supportive and kind.

What do you know about AMBOSS/ What have you heard about AMBOSS so far?
Thorough but good. 5 interviews in total. Everyone was kind, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. I would recommend AMBOSS to anyone else looking for a job in Berlin, especially as a english speaker.

Step 1: Applied via - Amboss company site. Received correspondence for an informal chat for a duration of 30 minutes.
Step 2: Moved along to the assessment task. Received correspondence: “most often base our decision on minor differences.”
It was ambiguous and vague feedback received by email. The original interviewer could of used some polishing in diction and didn’t come across as a seasoned interviewer. I was thankful for the experience and red flags - when one door closes another opens. This doesn’t mean this position isn’t for someone.
Ps. The maximum cap salary is supposedly $45K.

One of the best hiring processes I ever experienced.
First there was a one-on-one video Call with a manager.
Second step was an assessment (90 minutes).
Thirdly I had a group video call (due to Corona) with the other team members within which another on-the-spot assessment happened.
Last step was a one-one-one call with the Head of the department.
I especially appreciated that the hiring manager was comprehensive of my situation. As I had another job offer, she speeded up the process which was super helpful for me and which I found really respectful. Many thanks!
