I applied for an interview through the app and got an email to come to the Baton Rouge office to fill out an application. The office employees appeared rude and were going off about politics while the tv in the lobby was playing the news as I was filling out paperwork.

The interviewer for the first time I applied through the Baton Rouge office was extremely unprofessional and tried telling me a marijuana joke during the interview. It made me extremely uncomfortable and he took that as me being too shy so I didn’t get hired the first time. I eventually got hired because my dad gave an Uber ride to somebody who worked at the waitr offices. She hooked me up with a meeting with her boss and I was hired immediately without an interview.

no interview, you just have to send an email with your info and wait a few days, usually takes less than a day to get an answer from them and you will be ready to start working
I worked there twice. It's not worth the gas if you have an SUV. Also some places have a pay guarantee of $15 or more an hour on certain days. I was paid $4 dollars in tips one day and it was a non guaranteed day so it's best only to work on those guaranteed days because people dont tip.

If you have a car and a pulse you're in! They didn't even actually interview me. They just told me how to set up my account and let me go. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes.
