Globalement experience negative.
Premier contact avec le recruiter par email tres moyen: il est disparu trois semaines sans explication.
Il me recontacte et on plannifie un premier entretien telephonique, qui a ete en suite annule avec tres peu de preavis.
Le recruiter replannifie apres quelques semaines, et l'entretien a finalement bien eu lieu.
A la fin de l'entretien il m'a dit qu'il devait en suite organiser un entretien avec l'hiring manager, et que il m'aurait recontacte sous peu.
Cela n'est jamais arrive. Il est disparu sans laisser aucune trace, je lui ai envoye deux emails restes sans reponse.
Apres quelques semaines j'ai recu un email automatique en disant que le poste n'etait plus disponible.
Comportement tres peu professionnel. Entreprise a eviter.

Long- running almost 6 months with 3 different recruiters (including one that advised she had quit) and 5 different formal interviews.
Each interviewer was asked rather a lack of direct experience in the role was a concern and answered that it was not. When the final contact reviewed that I had been passed, feedback provided was that the sole issue was the lack of direct experience in the role. Understandable as a rejection reason, but not an idea experience. Additionally, the team waited until my birthday to reject me :)

Applied through Linkedin, and received a rejection stating "the company does not offer visa sponsorship and that's why they are rejecting me". This was a discriminatory practice as 1) They never asked me if i need sponsorship, 2) ON top of my CV, I actually noted that I do not need a sponsorship, and I can work in the location they are hiring at, hence I don't think they reviewed the CV. I responded to the recuiter and mentioned the mistake, but never heard back. It's sad to see this kind of practice and ignorance from a global company like them.

Did not interface with a human, and no questions asked. They rejected me from CV stage assuming I would need a sponsorship.
