The process was rather long and consisted of a 30-45' recruiter call, 2 phone interviews, and 4 on-site (virtual) interviews. The questions seemed to be related to the real job rather than being LeetCode-type problems.

Practical problems that were different than your typical leetcode style questions. They let you look stuff up and use AI if you need it. Interview consisted of phone screen, and then full loop with hiring manager, system design, past project review.
Recruiter sent me a take-home assignment. I spent more than 8 hours on it, only to be rejected 5 minutes after the screening call because they hadn’t set up the ATS filters and didn’t check my application thoroughly. Promised to send a follow-up email the next day and, of course, they didn’t. Super unprofessional, no respect to applicants time
