Had two great interviews for the VP, People position, only to be ghosted when it was time to schedule an interview with the CEO. After emailing and getting a response they were definitely interested, I was ghosted and never heard from them again. Totally unprofessional and not someplace I want to work if they treat senior level candidates like this.

However, we would like to clarify that the VP, People Operations role has not been actively recruited for or taken to market in almost two years. Is it possible that there was some confusion around the specific position you applied for?

The whole candidate experience was organised, timely and transparency throughout. The interview panel was easy to approach and answered any questions. There were 3 panel members asking questions related to the role.

2 Round Interview, First with talent/HR then with team lead, didn't get past 2nd round. 1st round was with an individual on their talent or HR team in Australia and then after advancing the second was with the Manager of the team of BDRs
