      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Accretive Technology (Seattle, WA) nel mese di nov 2013

      Colloquio

      Quite possibly one of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. Both of the interviews had computers in front of them. One of the interviewers barely spoke and typed on her computer the entire interview. The other interviewer was asking technical questions as if she were just out of college, or pulling homework problems straight from stack overflow, and wanting me to implement things manually that you would normally find in a framework, without references or resources, on a whiteboard. She was expecting me to arrive at a solution that is very specific to their product and an answer no one would ever arrive at had she not explained it after the fact. I also felt as if the interviewers weren't very technically proficient - they didn't seem to understand the basic web technologies or architecture I was discussing, and seemed confused by some of responses as to how to build enterprise level software architectures for commercial products. I previously worked for commercial software - and she kept asking how many servers I used. I had to keep explaining to her that it was a commercial software package that customer bought and deployed to their own servers. It just wasn't hitting home for them. The entire interview felt very unprofessional and embarrassing. Both of them gave the impression that they were disinterested in the entire process and simply going through the motions, like they were forced to be there and not really interested in talking to a candidate. I would never recommend anyone go through that process. It was pretty awful.
