After I applied to a a software position position through their website I received an email from a recruiter. After a few emails, we set up a time to talk about my skills/interests and what the company's products are. The phone interview was pleasant and yielded a lot of information about the company and their product. After the interview was complete the recruiter discusses my skills with a few teams in the company. One team made further inquires on my mysql and BI skills and had more technical questions. After a few email exchanges and evaluations of my skills it was decided that I did not fit their current needs. The recruiter kept my application and resume for future openings.

The interview consisted of two technical loops and a third loop with management. The technical interviews focused on coding and architecture questions. The interviewers were very friendly and happy to answer my questions about the company.
