Interviews were a little unorganized. Mostly because the interviewees forgot or were late. Scheduling was fine. The questions were definitely a little bit old school eng like J2EE , java beans, MySQL, etc. for a company that was trying to be big data at the time, they were not too familiar with large data platforms.
