I had 4 different interviews (1 HR, 2 tech, and 1 culture fit). Without any feedback, I haven't received any positive or negative response for a couple of months, even though I received a message from HR which says that I have a high probability for the position after the last interview. After I tried to reach HR multiple times, they said they froze the position. When I asked people inside, they said they had recruited someone else. Principally, I never shared the interview process of any company, but that one was not ethical. You should think twice if you have any progress with this company.
