1. Conversation with HR as a pre-screening. 2. Interview with two more junior colleagues (at this stage I haven't met a hiring manager yet). They spent 90% of the meeting asking me questions, and left me with almost no time to ask them anything. Also, the interview invite stated that I would answer questions on specific topics, which I was prepared for. But none of that was answered.

The application process was very nice and smooth, consisting of 4 stages: an intro call, an interview with the team lead, a home task, and a final call with someone from the executive team
