A recruiter from the company reached out to me, asking me to apply for an HR position they have open currently. I was asked to submit two IQ tests and provide my salary requirements, before they would consider me for any kind of interview, phone or in person.
I said I would review the test and speak about salary once I had met with the hiring manager. I was told this is not the interview process of the company.
When I mentioned to the recruiter that I would pass on the position, I felt I was being egged on and simply thanked them for their time.

Initially emailed for Zoom Meeting with recruiter. The second step involved another Zoom meeting with a senior member of operations. Both interviews were very positive but all communication ended. I was told that they would come full circle and I would receive an answer one way or the other but I heard nothing. I actually found out by accident archiving applications. I understand the multiple candidates and interviews that must have been part of the process but I find this to be a simple step. I find it to be disrespectful and unprofessional for HR professional to simply “Ghost” candidates who are actively still searching for employment especially since most modern HRIS will generate a default email if a candidate is not selected.

How do you get employees to get enrolled with the benefits offered by the company.
