      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Agiloft

      Amateur hour. I was contacted by a recruiter from India who had an incredibly thick accent and was impossible to understand. I was able to make out certain key points of the job, such as job title and salary range, but that was about it. Two aptitude tests were then assigned to me, which I actually enjoy doing because I always excel in those. The first was simple, 15 minutes, no biggie. Before wasting 90 minutes of my time on the second test, I wanted to confirm with the recruiter that the job was a remote position, as the posting hinted at but didn't explicitly say. For whatever reason, the recruiter kept dodging my question. The guy ignored my e-mails and would call my phone without leaving a message. At this point I said screw it. I'm not wasting an hour of my time on this stupid test and I'm not gonna jump through this dude's hoops if he can't answer a simple foundational question about the job. How hard is it to leave a message or respond to an e-mail? I've dealt with plenty of bush league recruiters during my career and I'm at the point where I don't have to put up with this anymore. Grow up, Agiloft.
