First step was a recruiter screen, next step was a call with the hiring manager. Manager asked a few targeted questions and we figured out it wasn't a good fit. Manager took an additional 30 minutes to work with me to provide feedback and career guidance. I have been unemployed for 8 months and have interviewed at 50+ companies, no one has taken a moment to provide any coaching. This is the kindest thing anyone has done for me in a professional setting. I'm not sure if Agiloft is the right company for you, but I can say they have character.
