Extremely Lengthy, Waste of time,
Step 1) Apply Online, vet CV
Step 2) Recruiter reach out for a quick chat for expected salary and arrange timing through an automated app (which has conflict with schedule hence requiring a manual call). There is always some issue with schedules... Upfront the recruiter will tell you to not have too much expectations on salary as Bangkok has lower cost of living (RED FLAG)
Step 3) 3-4 hours long psychometric test to do at home
Step 4) Interview with Hiring Manager 1
Step 5) Interview with Hiring Manager 2
Step 6) Take home case study (3 long questions on data analysis, data visualisation, DB building and SQL)
Step 7) Interview with Hiring Director
Step 8) Wait for results
Overall there is TOO MANY interview and steps in the process and a lot of time wastage, and a reminder was given on pay expectations every step of the process. It will be great if right at step 1 the recruiter were to say what was their budget and not waste everybody's time.

The interview began with a set of behavioral questions designed to assess past experiences and situational responses, followed by a series of case interview questions. You will be given one hour in total

A lot of interview stages. HR responds quite fast 1-2days max. HR gives feedback after interview rounds too which is useful for improvement. Prepare in advance for their SHL tests as the test could be challenging for some.

The interview process consists of 3 rounds. The first two rounds are conducted by a Senior Project Manager, focusing on project management experience, problem-solving abilities, and how well you can handle specific challenges in the role. These rounds include questions about your previous projects, your approach on stakeholders management, and how you ensure the success of a project.
The third and final round is led by the Director. This interview is likely to be more strategic, cultural fit within the organization, and your vision for contributing to high-level business goals. They also will delve into your long-term career aspirations and how you align with the company's objectives. Some questions also be asked around your problem-solving abilities
