The interview process includes a series of video screening, a take-home assessment, and two rounds of interviews combining case studies and behavioral questions to evaluate problem-solving skills, communication, and cultural fit.

There are 5 processes overall including resume, video interview, 2 team interviews and the assessment. The interviewer is kind, positive and calm. It is more like the conversation rather than the interview which can show the real-situation work environment.
