Very structured 3 stage interview process to assess data interpretation, people management, company and profile fit. The interview was very candid and all the panelists made me feel comfortable with the process, gave a brief about the company and the role. The coordination and scheduling of the interviews was also well organized. From first discussion with the HR to the final offer, the entire process was completed in 2 weeks time. Additionally, even after completion of the process, the team at Agrostar was in continuous connect with me to check for latest updates and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Questions were related to past experiences, people management skills, certain basic business frameworks around go-to-marketing, business planning and development. I was given a data analysis based case study after my first round followed by a presentation and discussion in the subsequent round.

Colloquio
There were 4 interview rounds after HR screening. All rounds were conducted online as it happened at end of 2021 where covid protocols had to followed.
1st round - interview with one of the business operations head where different problem statements were discussed and my approach on what could be the possible solutions
2nd round - interview with one of the PnL heads where another set of business problems and their possible solutions were discussed
3rd round - case study which had a business problem backed up with raw data. Had to propose a logical solution and stating reasons why I would follow that approach. Along with this there was a power point presentation to be prepared on what new features can be added in the mobile app.
4th round - Culture check which helped me understand my role, work culture, mission and vision of the company. It also helped the panelists understand my mindset and interests.
Overall it was length interview process but the experience was good. During the interview process itself I was able to interact with people from various backgrounds giving me glimpse of the work culture and the people I'll be working with .

Interview questions were around real time business problems.
Example: 1. how to track and reduce customer complaints?
2. Case study - what can be the next ideal location to open a new fulfillment center
3. Basic HR questions on why I want to switch and what is that I am looking forward to
The interview process was smooth and the hr team was very supportive and helpful throughout the process. The interview process was quite unique compared to other organisations, it focus on aspects beyond your work experience to understand the alignment of your personality to the organisation's culture.
