Referred by an airbnb employee. First a technical interview over phone, then two back to back technical interviews over skype. Looks like there will be one more round interview with hr if I got passed, but unfortunately I didn't :-(

Quite a lengthy process (4 rounds), but it was very well communicated and managed by HR over the 4/5 weeks of interviews and the questions themselves were relatively straightforward including behavioral questions, interest in the role and area, experience-based questions.

They also work with you to decide how your previous skills best benefit the company and which department would be most mutually advantageous.
