Interview process was a long half day process - group interview - social settings, ice breaker questions, things like what food that you recently had made you emotional, what spice would you be and why? then after group interview sessions, were one on one sessions with up to 2 team members - interviewers are cross section of teams - not just from the direct hiring supervisor but from other departments like Finance, Customer Service and HR
