Tive que responder sobre estratégias e como lidar com pessoas totalmente diferentes e que estão ganhando dinheiro na plataforma. Diversidade também foi um ponto importante.

The interview process lasted for about a month and involved speaking to seven different employees from the team i would be working with closely. The goal was to ensure company fit but also allowed me to get an insight into whether this is a place i would be excited to work in.
