Collegial. Quick. Mostly painless. Met with peer directors first. Very pleasant. Then onto VP level with unexpected guest interviewers brought into the room. Three interviews, 6 people total, 4 hours total. All completed in two weeks.

Three rounds and six people after TA screening. Most pleasant interviews I had with peers. Heard same feedback from those same peers.
VP -levels were tough though and brutally honest.
