Three rounds and six people after TA screening. Most pleasant interviews I had with peers. Heard same feedback from those same peers. VP -levels were tough though and brutally honest.

Collegial. Quick. Mostly painless. Met with peer directors first. Very pleasant. Then onto VP level with unexpected guest interviewers brought into the room. Three interviews, 6 people total, 4 hours total. All completed in two weeks.
