First you must submit CV. Then online basic tests like psychometric tests. The next stage was an online assessment with difficult math and excel skills. Finally a two stage online interview which ask questions relating to the Leadership principles, typically following the 'tell me a time you demonstrated ... 'followed by a Leadership principle.

Fue una entrevista a través de Willo. Hay preguntas que tienes que contestar en video. Te dan 5 minutos para responder, aunque máximo puede durar 3 minutos. El resto de preguntas son escritas y es información básica sobre ti (cuando te graduas, si tienes el nivel de inglés requerido, etc.).
