The interview process followed a standard structure, beginning with an initial screening focused on work compatibility, communication style, and behavioral alignment. This was followed by discussions to assess role fit, experience, and overall alignment with the team and company culture.
Initial online screening test followed by 1 phone interview (only the name is phone interview, it as on Zoom with the camera on). If you pass the phone interview, there are 5 following interviews in the loop.
