Next there is Versent test (your typing, basic English, Grammar etc. via a person software module) Important thing to keep in mind here would be its time bound, If you clear this then you can expect an aptitude test followed by F2F interview with an operational head.

Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
