Kurze Vorstellung des Gesprächspartners (persönlicher Hintergrund, wie lange schon bei Amazon). Danach Beschreibung der Position, Erläuterungen zum Schichtdienst/Arbeitszeiten und zum weiteren Bewerbungsprozess, anschließend Fragen an den Bewerber, davon die Letzte auf Englisch. Beschreibung der verwendeten Tools und Nachfrage nach Softwarekenntnissen sowie ggf. Weiterbildungsbedarf. Danach Fragen des Bewerbers. Zum Abschluss Frage nach Verhandlungsspielraum beim Gehalt und Erläuterung der Vergütungsstruktur (Grundgehalt + Aktien + Boni).

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
