Bewerbungsprozess hat sich über 2 Monate hingezogen. Erst Logik Onlinetest, dann 3 Interviews mit verschiedenen HR Positionen. Anschließend Interview mit dem Abteilungsleiter /Teamlead Merchant Services Berlin. Interviews wurden insgesamt 3 mal kurzfristig (gleicher Tag oder vorheriger Tag) und ohne Begründung abgesagt und verschoben. Interview Prozess soweit in Ordnung aber extrem in die Länge gezogen. Absage kam ohne Feedback und mit Info dass auch keine Begründung gegeben wird.

Terrible, long process spent with a lot of preperation and arbitrary work. inteview questions devoid of human interaction design to get very granular in nature. Great company with great pay, I get why its so hard, but super frustating dedicating weeks to the process to ultimately be told no.

It was in rounds... people kept getting selected and rejected and then there were some who just kept moving up rounds. Someone was selected after the 1st round and i was rejected after 4.
