The interview consisted of two back-to-back 45 minute virtual interviews. They occurred through Amazon's Chime software and were primarily behavioral. Before getting the interview, however, you needed to complete an online job tryout and a personality quiz.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
