I applied through Adecco agency. There were around 30 people and all of them gets hired because I applied just before the peak season. Initially, there was a presentation then online assessment on kindle followed by 1:1 interview and drug test.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
