Dopo aver effettuato un primo colloquio tramite video recording (Hirevue) ed un test matematico, ho dovuto effettuare altri 2 colloqui tramite video call con 2 Area manager differenti, che sono stati molto cortesi nel descrivermi i loro ruoli e il tipo di lavoro, prima di passare alle domande nei miei confronti.

Contacted by recruiter to apply through linkedin. Did a psychological test and on same day rejected by email. It was a test on a computer, maybe ten to thirty minutes to fill it out.

First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.
