It's no secret, Amazon is a tough place to interview. The process is not your standard "tell me about yourself/your experiences with xyz". Amazon wants to understand how you think and approach problems. You will meet with 5 different people, including a Bar-raiser when looping in person. Each session should take about 45 minutes, typically broken out like so - 0-5 minutes: Introduce yourself to interviewer, they will share a bit about themselves or the team they work with 5-35 minutes: Answer questions about "times you have shown a skill, made a difficult decision etc. 35-45 minutes: Candidate asks questions of the interviewer. Don't blow this part off, it is very much part of the interview.
