Written Responses - two pager that would be discussed in one of the rounds of interviews. Must not repeat the same example in written response in your other interviews.

Customer Obsession - Give me an example of a time when you did not meet a client’s expectation. What happened, and how did you attempt to rectify the situation?
Ownership - Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult short term decision to make long term gains.
Invent and Simplify - Tell me about a time when you failed to simplify a process and what you would have done differently.
Learn and Be Curious - Tell me a time when you realised you needed a deeper level of subject matter expertise to do your job well.What did you do about it? What was the outcome? Is there anything you would have done differently?
Process was very smooth. Recruiter provided all the details regarding the interview process and what can be expected highlighting leadership principles and STAR methodology. The loop round had 4 interviewers and was 45 min long each. Questions were basis leadership principle

Tell me a time when you did not agree with your manager. What was the situation? Why did you not agree and what did you end up doing.
1 intro call with recruiter, 1 interview with hiring manager, interviews with 4 people from the business (including hiring manager again) and 1 with a bar raiser which is someone from different Amazon business. All STAR method, except interview with recruiter.

Enviei o curriculo, fui chamada para entrevista. Me preparei muito no sistema STAR para responder as perguntas. Antecipei casos profisionais que pudessem mostrar os softskills que eles procuram. A entrevista foi com o gerente Sr. Ele foi educado e me informou que estavam procurando alguém com experiencia mais profunda em transportes e logística de entregas.
