Rotated and interviewed with two hiring managers. One was the an HR manager and the second was an operations manager. Questions were similar to what is found online for this role, especially on glassdoor. Use STAR method and amazons core values to answer .straight forward structure. over all very positive experience!

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
