Hiring process is straight forward. Puzzles are key. Lots of them found commonly online are enough to get good grasp. Testing concepts would help but to stand out of the crowd, one can try doing some testing projects for open source and adding a link in resume to impress the recruiting person. If the number of people are lot for a small position, luck plays a role too.

There were two rounds of interview. One technical and HR round.
The team to which I was interviewed was for Kindle. They asked me to write test cases for pen during the interview.

first they took us to a room where they can filter us for interview.First round assessment the after that comunication round and finally interview.the aptitude test is quite moderate and after that round communication is easy and finally interview.the final experience is in inteview they will not ask any hard questions they asked about my background and project
