Easy process. You complete an online form with basic questions. Really no interview other than basic information. Once you provide basic info, you are scheduled to show up in person for background and drug test.

Pretty easy interview process. Didn't feel nervous or anything. Came in and they went over everything and i was offered a job on the spot. I declined but i heard from some people that there is terrible work conditions.

The Interview went well but they were only offering seasonal at the time so I proceeded to continue looking for a full time position now that I have my own apartment, full time work would be most best for me
