- A brief screening call with two representatives of Amazon EU Recruiting. One of them was completely silent throughout the call whereas the other asked me a couple of questions related to Amazon Leadership Principles. There were no technical questions at this stage. It was not a big deal overall. - I should have received feedback by 2-3 business days. The next stage was supposed to be a deeper technical interview. In the end, they decided not to progress further with my application. They were unable to provide additional feedback or information about this decision. My first impression is that they are too picky and you can count your application as unsuccessful in the very beginning.
