The process started out with having to send over a resume. After that you have to take a knowledge test which consists of math and personality related questions. The final answer was based on the STAR method and case studies.

Contacted by recruiter to apply through linkedin. Did a psychological test and on same day rejected by email. It was a test on a computer, maybe ten to thirty minutes to fill it out.

First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.
