3 interviews on the same day. Before it I kept getting different explanations of the job that I was applying for from recruiting and various managers. Ended up being generally ignored by the people interviewing me, because I gave them a tech based resume instead of a customer service based resume.

What is a time where you had to calm down a customer?
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
