A recorded interview session where you have two tries recording yourself and answering questions. Then three online interviews with senior engineers that lasts about 25 minutes each. Lots of questions are about situations you would be put in and how you would handle them.

Process took about 3 weeks. A recruiter reached out to regarding the job. After applying, there was an assessment that took ~30 minutes asking simple questions regarding management. Afterwards, I was asked to reserve 3hrs for interviews. The interviews consisted of 3 people, the first was an HR representative who offers advice on what to expect and how to prepare for the interviews. The two interviews were with senior RME management, each interviewer chooses 2 of Amazon's leadership principles and asks 1-2 questions for each. One of the interviewers is selected to provide 2 scenario-based questions to gauge how you would react to management scenarios.
