Long and repetitive. A total of 5 interviews split into 2 days, required to go over the same experiences worded differently, which made it very frustrating not to repeat all stories.

Tell me about a time you had to persuade an individual that was not on board with you on a certain matter.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
