In these interviews behavioral questions are asked to be answered using the STAR-method in detail explaining how you acted in a certain situation. To succeed a thorough understanding of leadership principles is required, as well as prepared examples that connect to these principles.

Terrible, long process spent with a lot of preperation and arbitrary work. inteview questions devoid of human interaction design to get very granular in nature. Great company with great pay, I get why its so hard, but super frustating dedicating weeks to the process to ultimately be told no.
